During our self-development retreat, men and women are separated into sleeping and eating quarters to facilitate progress. It is a silent retreat, and students are not allowed to make contact with each other, journal, or use cell phones. Students may speak with the staff if they have any questions or issues.
On Saturday evening, students may attend a discourse where they have the opportunity to ask instructors questions about their practice.
Valuable personal belongings, such as wallets and cell phones, will be stored in a safe and returned to the students at the end of the retreat.
